Three Lesson Learned from Case Study - Effective Social Media Marketing
Case Study provided me better insight becoming a much more
effective social media marketing expert for my company. The following important
lessons I have learned are how to increase and engage followers, they are:
1) Three effective marketing tools to engage followers
including Pages, Ads and Groups.
2) Three effective strategies on Facebook including Tabs,
Post the useful and resourceful information on the Facebook wall and Targeted Advertising.
3) The statistic and traffic measurement of Social Media's
Timing-Social Networks data.
These lessons have taught me to make my Social Media
Marketing Strategies better. I am able to "customized" and use the
right social media platform and tools that specifically meet my company's need.
My company is unique because the products and services are all geared and specializes
for fundraising and events. The targeted group is specifically for many leaders and supporters from Parents and
Teacher Organization (PTO), non-profit organizations, school, team sports, and
clubs etc., including customers who are involved and coordinating the
fundraising aspects for their local counterparts. This target group is also being
beneficial for my Target Advertising.
Let me give you
some example of the lessons that I learned believed are the effective
strategies in social media. First, I will use Groups on Facebook as a primary as I mentioned I have specific
targeted group, these group are able to receive updates for customers to have opportunities
to review new seasonal fundraising products and they are able to exchange and
share the information with their experience of my company. I will customize my Facebook
page to be more user friendly by separating the products and services categorizing
by using Tabs. Each tab will provide
demonstrations and information about one products or services. Since my company
offer seasonal products and services that changes at least 3 times a year, my
company should be "Talking about
this" by posting and update the useful information on Facebook Wall and
group frequently, including new seasonal fundraising products being launched,
new fundraising strategies, and steps and tips including articles and stories
for effective fundraising events by the customers. And the last is that I
am able to arrange to post the ADs and Group updates on Facebook and use Twitter
to guide followers to Facebook on the specific day and time where there are
high volumes of eavesdroppers checking out the information from the Social
Media Platforms.
